1. Definitions

• "User","You",and"Your" refer to individuals or entities who access and use the JezzPay platform.
• "JezzPay","We","Us",and"Our" refer to Collectrep Innovations Pvt Ltd and the JezzPay services.
• "Services" refer to the payment processing, billing, and transaction services provided by JezzPay through its platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using the JezzPay platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account and use our platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business or other entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Responsibility

4.1 Registration

To use JezzPay services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Account Security

You agree to immediately notify JezzPay of any unauthorized use or breach of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account information.

5. Services Provided

JezzPay offers payment processing services, including UPI payments, credit/debit card transactions, and BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System) services. We also allow integration with third-party billing software to facilitate online and offline payment collection.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

6.1 Fees

Certain services offered by JezzPay may require fees. You agree to pay any applicable fees as disclosed to you when signing up for those services. These fees are subject to change, and you will be notified of any changes before they take effect.

6.2 Payment Processing

JezzPay facilitates payment collection on behalf of businesses (LCOs) and does not act as a money transfer service between individuals. By using the platform, you agree to our payment processing policies, including payment settlement timelines (T+1, T+2 as applicable).

6.3 Refunds

Refunds for transactions processed via JezzPay are subject to the refund policies of the business or LCO. JezzPay is not responsible for the refund decisions of the LCO but may assist in dispute resolution when necessary.

7. Third-Party Integration

JezzPay integrates with third-party billing software to provide its services. While we take reasonable steps to ensure reliable integration, JezzPay is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of data provided by third-party systems.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Engage in any unlawful activities or fraud through the Platform.
• Use the platform for any purpose not intended by JezzPay.
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the platform or servers.
• Upload or transmit malicious software, viruses, or harmful content.
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or its servers.

9. Termination and Suspension

JezzPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion if:

• You violate any of the terms of this agreement.
• Your account is involved in fraudulent activities or misuse of the Platform.
• You fail to make timely payments of fees or other charges.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the JezzPay Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of Collectrep Innovations Pvt Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the Platform for commercial purposes without our written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collectrep Innovations Pvt Ltd and JezzPay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Errors or inaccuracies in transaction data provided by third-party billing software.
• Unauthorized access to your account or personal information.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collectrep Innovations Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the JezzPay Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Any fraud or misconduct by you or your account.

13. Changes to the Terms

JezzPay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on the Platform. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform after changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ernakulam. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam.
